One of the greatest challenges for rural area development in Europe is a high-tech increase. Thereby, the research problem lays upon digital agrarian hub development and financial support. The paper aims to provide evidence on rural business development under high technology boost. The study is performed through the trends of agrarian hubs development in Europe, including digitalization, innovative development, and communication financial support.
La presente consultoría examina cualitativamente un compendio de lecciones aprendidas por parte de las cooperativas rurales del Ecuador, en su misión de atender las necesidades financieras de los productores agropecuarios. Tiene por objetivo realizar un estudio de las iniciativas de financiamiento productivo agropecuario de cuatro cooperativas de ahorro y crédito rurales, para extraer aprendizajes y propuestas de trabajo complementario con el nuevo Banco de Desarrollo Rural
La presentación es dirigida a productores y grupos de personas, que realizan actividades agrícolas, pecuarias, acuícolas y pesqueras en zonas rurales y periurbanas. El documento da recomendaciones para facilitar el acceso de los productores familiares al acompañamiento técnico y trata de modelos de extensión con mayor impacto en el desarrollo de la Agricultura Familiar.
Agriculture in Africa is the main sector to generate income for the large number of populations mainly in rural areas and a major contributor to the GDP of the countries. Agricultural value chain finance provides the necessary resource for smallholder farmers to increase their production and be integrated into higher-value market opportunities. In Africa, women represent more than half of the population, the majority live in rural areas.
The organisation of sector and multi-stakeholder consultations was an integral part of the first phase of the PAEPARD II programme, covering the period 2009–2013. These consultations contributed to the overall objective of the programme, the reorientation of scientific and technical collaboration between Africa and Europe in the area of agricultural research for development (ARD), in order to promote thecreation of multi-stakeholder partnerships that are demand-oriented and mutually beneficial.

El presente trabajo de investigación busca establecer el fomento productivo e identificación de la cadena de valor del sector caprino en el Cantón Zapotillo, se desarrolló mediante convocatoria a talleres al equipo del Concejo Cantonal de zapotillo (Alcalde, Concejales y Jefes Departamentales), visitas a las comunidades involucradas en actividades productivas referentes a la producción de ganado caprino, así mismo se contó con la presencia de representantes de ONGs y delegados de organizaciones del sector productivo público y privado de este Cantón
