Esta publicación da cuenta de los aprendizajes de los diversos procesos asociativos de dichas experiencias de la agricultura familiar, la caracterización de aspectos organizativos, jurídicos, productivos, de comercialización y agregado de valor de las asociaciones, como así también de la construcción de redes público privadas para su gestación y consolidación.
Les recommandations de cet atelier sont organisées en trois parties. La première propose un état des lieux des interactions qu’entretient l’agriculture familiale avec les acteurs du système alimentaire mondial. La seconde relate les principaux débats et controverses ayant structuré l’atelier. El establecimiento de prioridades de investigación e innovación es una preocupación permanente en la gobernanza de la ciencia y la tecnología, debido a que permea la definición de los objetos de estudio, la asignación de recursos por parte del Estado y la apropiación social de los resultados. Este artículo analiza las Agendas Estatales de Innovación en México, un programa impulsado por el gobierno mexicano para definir prioridades de innovación en la escala estatal.
Esta investigación aborda la problemática de las acciones de capacitación destinadas a diferentes actores del sistema agrario de la provincia de La Pampa, en el marco de las actividades del sistema de extensión de INTA, las cuales tienen como objetivo ser una herramienta en los procesos de innovación tecnológica en el marco del desarrollo rural.
“We have changed already since the CDAIS project started working with us” said Mrs Khammone Luanglath. “Because of the project, we have for example divided our responsibilities within the group and our profits have increased.” The CDAIS project is working with a group of organic vegetable growers in Tongmang village in Vientiane province, who produce for local markets.
“Working with the CDAIS project has given us not only knowledge and skills, but also the confidence to make connections with the government and other partners.” says Mrs Dao Sansihalath, member of the Xanakham women’s pig rearing group. “What we have learnt is practical and is helping us grow our business without having to make a lot of costly mistakes.” This has been achieved through support from the CDAIS project since 2016.
Smallholder farmers the world over like to raise cattle if they can and those in Lao PDR are no exception. “Cattle are our savings bank,” says Mr Phokham Keomanivong, a member of the Ban Keun cattle production group. “If you need money for an emergency or a special event like a wedding or a funeral, you can always sell a cow. “As much as they love their traditions, Ban Keun farmers see the need to change their practices, and the CDAIS project is helping them do just that.
"I have been to many meetings about policy but never a meeting like this! The CDAIS simulation reflects the way people really work. You can see the real problems" says Mr Vixay Somchalern, head of the Savannakhet Farmers Rice Association.
