El presente documento tiene por finalidad sistematizar y difundir las actividades realizadas en el municipio Yacapaní del departamento Santa Cruz en Bolivia, en el marco del Plan Nacional de CpD para Bolivia del proyecto ICDS Bolivia (MDRyT-INIAF-FAO). Esta fue la primera área piloto en la que la ICDS Bolivia inició sus actividades en el nivel local, las cuales se llevaron a cabo en tres etapas. La primera fue una etapa exploratoria mediante un diagnóstico participativo sobre necesidades y oportunidades en comunicación para la innovación y el desarrollo rural.
Esta guía de liderazgo tiene el objetivo de empoderar y capacitar a jóvenes líderes indígenas, logrando de esta manera el fortalecimiento de la organización Consejo Regional Tsimane Mosetene. El libro posee encuestaas, explicación de eventos significativos de la história local, fichas temáticas relacionadas con la Autonomia Indígena, trae un ejemplo de informe financiero/rendición de cuentas, un ejemplo de informe/evaluación final del proyecto y tres propuestas de proyectos para la comunidad.
Papa Andina began as a regional research program focusing on the Andean potato sectors of Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru, but later shifted its focus to facilitating pro-poor innovation. This Practical Guide to Capacity Development in a Sector Context has been compiled to accompany Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s Capacity Development Framework and Action Plan. Its purpose is to provide ADB staff and other development practitioners with a set of tools and instruments that can be used to guide capacity development processes. The range of tools and instruments compiled in this guide starts from a sector-wide perspective (political economy and governance features) then moves down to capture individual stakeholders’ perspective.
The present manual provides a reference framework for the strategic and operational work in the field of capacity development. It is addressed to all staff of ADC in Austria as well as in the coordination offices, to non-governmental and implementing organisations, to stakeholders in partner countries, other donors and members of the public interested in development policy.
This document aims to guide a small team tasked to assess the capacity for agricultural innovation in a multi-stakeholder context. The context might be an actual or potential “innovation platform” such as the three commodity-based platforms selected for the piloting capacity assessment methods, or it might be a project or programme that is more generally focused on strengthening of innovation within a subsector of agriculture within a country, such as livestock or horticulture.
