Esta presentación dentifica factores que inciden en la adopción de tecnología e innovación productiva en la citricultura familiar en el municipio de Chajarí, Entre Ríos. Más del 80% de la producción citrícola provincial se concentra en la región NE de Entre Ríos, que es realizada por más de 1600 productores familiares con superficies de 25 ha. El 56% de la producción se destina a mercado interno, 34% a industria y 11% a exportación.
Este estudio identifica factores que inciden en la adopción de tecnología e innovación productiva en la producción vitivinícola familiar ubicada en el Oasis Este de Mendoza. Se abordan realidades territoriales desde perspectivas cualitativas con productores entre 10 y 70 ha. Se indaga respecto de las visiones de nuevas tecnologías, como cambios organizacionales, de sistemas de conducción y de estrategias de diversificación para mejorar la actividad.
Esta presentación describe el las actividades y el plan de estudios del Programa de especialización de asesores rurales (PEAR) que tiene como objetivos la formación de técnicos asesores proveedores de asistencia técnica agro-pecuaria de calidad, que genere impacto sustentable en la producción, mediante su orientación al mercado y a la generación de capacidades locales
