Ce guide technique sur le «consentement préalable, donné librement et en connaissance de cause» (CPLCC) établit des mesures concrètes permettant aux organisations gouvernementales de respecter et de protéger le CPLCC et aux organisations de la société civile, aux utilisateurs des terres et aux investisseurs privés dans le monde de s’acquitter de leurs responsabilités envers le CPLCC, conformément à ces Directives.
Ce manuel est destiné aux formateurs des organisations paysannes (OP) et à leurs membres en Afrique sub-saharienne. Le but étant de fournir une formation sur les techniques et opérations après-récolte afin d’améliorer la qualité des grains et ainsi de permettre l’augmentation des revenus et l’amélioration de la sécurité alimentaire des agriculteurs participants au programme. Dans le passé, les formations sur les opérations après-récolte n’ont pas été normalisées entre les différents pays membres du programme P4P.
The lessons and recommendations outlined in this paper were captured at a PAEPARD Capitalization Workshop with all partners, held in Cotonou, Benin, on 2-6 October 2017. The workshop was key to the overall evaluation of PAEPARD II, as it encouraged participants to analyse and reflect on their experiences of the AfricanEuropean MSP for ARD processes facilitated by PAEPARD over the last 7 years.
Les leçons et les recommandations mises en avant dans cette publication sont issues d’un atelier de capitalisation de PAEPARD qui a réuni tous les partenaires à Cotonou, au Bénin, du 2 au 6 octobre 2017. Cet atelier a joué un rôle essentiel dans l’évaluation globale de PAEPARD, car il a encouragé les participants à analyser leurs expériences relatives aux PMA afro-européens pour les processus de RAD facilités par PAEPARD durant ces sept dernières années. Lors des discussions, les partenaires ont réfléchi à l’avenir des activités de PAEPARD et à la pérennité de ses réalisations.

The “ONE WORLD – No Hunger” Initiative (SEWOH) by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is part of the G7 goal to free 500 million people from hunger and malnourishment by 2030. The core idea of the article is the existence of complicated array of deterrent factors that influences innovation activity of agriculture organizations, and subjective, psychological factors among those factors as well. The main goal of this work is to assess the top management and proprietors’ of AIC enterprises readiness to implement the innovations. As a research’ working hypothesis used the decisive role of human factor in answering the question whether to innovate or not.
This flyer provides an overview of the TAP Common Framework on Capacity Development (CD) for Agriculture Innovation System (AIS). The objective of the Common Framework is to consolidate the different approaches to CD for AIS, and make interventions more coherent and effective. Approved by TAP Partners in January 2016, the Common Framework is now being validated in 8 pilot countries in Africa, Asia and Central America.
