The CLIC–SR project started on 1 September 2012, ended on 31 August 2016, and was implemented in four countries: Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. This report covers the work done in the final project period: January–August 2016.
PROLINNOVA
Prolinnova (PROmoting Local INNOVAtion) is an NGO-initiated international multistakeholder platform to promote local innovation processes in ecologically oriented agriculture and Natural Resource Management. It focuses on recognising the dynamics of indigenous knowledge (IK) and enhancing capacities of farmers (including pastoralists, fishers and forest dwellers) to adjust to change – to develop their own site-appropriate systems and institutions of resource management so as to gain food security, sustain their livelihoods and safeguard the environment.
