Este documento surge de un diagnóstico rápido de los sistemas de innovación agropecuaria en Centroamérica y Panamá que se llevó a cabo en el marco del Programa Regional de Investigación e Innovación por Cadenas de Valor Agrícola (PRIICA). Los objetivos del estudio eran identificar qué factores limitan la adopción de la oferta tecnológica en la región y proponer un conjunto de buenas prácticas de extensión y transferencia agrícola que contribuyan a mejorar esta situación.
