It synthesises current wisdom on the topic, and offers a sense of direction on where the debate is going, particularly in terms of approaches to capacity development interventions at country and field levels. Le projet Fertipartenaires aide les producteurs de cette province à se concerter, à réfléchir à leurs problèmes, proposer et expérimenter des solutions et les évaluer afin d'améliorer leur sécurité alimentaire.
Le recueil crée un cadre qui permet de standardiser les
méthodes de sélection des indicateurs et propose une liste d’indicateurs de base
pour assurer le suivi et l’évaluation des activités du secteur de l’agriculture et
du développement rural (ADR). Sa finalité est d’améliorer la qualité du suivi et
de l’évaluation des programmes d’agriculture et de développement rural aux
niveaux national et mondial.

n’ont pas d’expérience leur permettant de faciliter le processus d’enseignementapprentissage.
