El objetivo del estudio que se refiere en este artículo ha sido identificar los estilos de liderazgo que han permitido a las organizaciones productoras de uva de mesa sonorense, incorporar la responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE). La investigación adoptó un diseño transversal descriptivo, mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario a directivos de organizaciones productores de uva. Los resultados muestran, que los liderazgos transformacionales y transaccionales permiten mayores niveles de RSE.
El objetivo del presente trabajo fue evaluar el impacto que genera la cadena de valor de la producción de destilado de agave en el Margen de Utilidad Bruta, considerando el proceso productivo del mismo, desde el mantenimiento del cultivo hasta el envase para su distribución, por lo cual se consideraron los siguientes pasos: Definir la cadena de valor de la empresa y asignar los costos y los activos correspondientes a cada proceso de la cadena.
Ante la poca oferta de textos que, aplicando los conceptos de marketing al área de los Agronegocios, indiquen cómo detectar oportunidades de mercado, se presenta una propuesta sobre cómo ayudar al estudiante en estos aspectos. La enseñanza que se entrega a los estudiantes incluye los conceptos de mercado, en que se les propone y recomienda partir de las necesidades del consumidor, generar ideas y luego evaluarlas, lo que está muy bien, siempre que se conozcan dichas necesidades.

Further, most research examines micro data on consumers or firms, limiting what is known regarding the role of macro factors on diffusion, such as social systems. Addressing these limitations, this research provides the first high-level insights into how green building adoption is occurring in developing countries.
In this article, wes developed a quantitative model to compare HT and CF supply chain finance schemes with each other and with traditional, fixed-price delivery contracts, which we identify as Soft Tolling (ST). We make this comparison in the setting of a three-echelon agricultural supply chain, where the third echelon is a large, creditworthy food/beverage manufacturer. This article proceeds as follows: the next section discusses related literature. Section 3 presents our model of an agricultural supply chain and the three specific contract variants (ST, HT, or CF) that we study.
This paper surveys members of a beef cattle value chain in Vietnam's Central Highlands to examine the translation of value chain actor's resources into positional advantage and financial performance in an emerging country. Using structural equation modeling techniques, the paper estimates a path model to explore how resources are linked to positional advantage and ultimately financial performance. This study attempts to contribute to the literature in two ways.
This study is designed to assess the factors that affect smallholder rice farmer’s participation in market. In addition it also examines the effect of commercialization on the welfare of smallholder farmers. The method of Heckman two-stage model is used to obtain the desired objectives. Random sampling technique is used to collect data from 249 smallholder farmers.
