Este artículo describe las técnicas para administrar estratégicamente, lleva a cabo un análisis minucioso sobre nuevas corrientes y escuelas, cuyos autores la describen como una herramienta individual y contemporánea, y reconoce y revisa el conjunto de técnicas administrativas de actualidad a las que se les puede denominar como técnicas de administración estratégica
El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo identificar el grado de capital social en una microempresa y el impacto que produce en ella. En América Latina, la importancia de este concepto radica en que es un tema que cobra cada vez mayor relevancia ya que diversas disciplinas lo utilizan como marco de referencia, ya no sólo forma parte de la ciencia política y la sociología, sino de la teoría de las organizaciones, economía, comportamiento humano y administración; pone real énfasis en las relaciones entre las personas, entre las organizaciones y no en los individuos como entes aislados.
This paper shows there is a fundamental significance of Social Learning to agricultural innovation, which can be operationalized by framing agricultural innovation as changes in understanding, practices and relationships. The use of Social Learning as a design framework supports the emergence of agricultural innovations that bring equitable benefits, are sustainable and are innovated in context.
In this paper its argued that when flexibly applied and adapted to capture dynamics typical in systems innovation projects, the Log Frame Approach (LFA) ( and logical frameworks have considerable utility to support evaluation for both learning and accountability, and for identifying and addressing institutional logics, which leads to system innovation.
The study relies on the activities performed within EU funded Horizon 2020 project, AgriSpin (www.agrispin.eu), specifically for the case of Cilento Bio-district in Campania region, Italy. The methodology is centred on the “cross-visit method” developed within the AgriSpin Project, based on direct observation, interviews with relevant actors and analysis of grey literature.

They consider how theories and practices have changed and their influences on each other.

El presente trabajo se propone analizar la institucionalidad asociada a la Extensión Rural y Asistencia Técnica en el sector hortícola del Gran La Plata luego de la crisis del 2001, como instrumento de apoyo al desarrollo rural. Para ello identifica a los actores del sector público y de la sociedad civil vinculados al proceso de innovación tecnológica que participan en la construcción de una nueva institucionalidad y los enfoques paradigmáticos emergentes, presentes en la agricultura familiar de la región
On-farm agricultural innovation through incorporation of new technologies and practices requires access to resources such as knowledge, financial resources, training, and even emotional support, all of which require the support of different actors such as peers, advisors, and researchers. The literature has explored the support networks that farmers use and the overall importance ranking of different support actors, but it has not looked in detail at how these networks may differ for different farmers.
The paper is structured as follows. First, definitions and conceptualisations of trust are considered, before moving on review the literature on trust in rural network models of business support. Next, the empirical study design is described, which consisted of case studies of business advice programmes offered to artisanal food enterprises in Northern Ireland and displaying varying degrees of trust. The results of the empirical study are reported and then discussed, with reflections on how trust evolved in each case, and the ways in which trust was lost
