Este trabajo analiza las fuentes de financiamiento usadas por la empresa agraria mediante un modelo multicriterio que permite representar el comportamiento de elección de los productores de arroz del estado Portuguesa, Venezuela, en el corto plazo. El modelo, resuelto por Programación Compromiso, permite contemplar la diversidad de objetivos de los productores agrarios.
El estudio fue realizado en el trópico húmedo del sureste mexicano con el objetivo de estimar la participación de las Asociaciones en el acopio y comercialización de cacao en Tabasco, México, durante el ciclo de cosecha 1999 - 2000. Para analizar el acopio y comercialización del cacao se aplicó un censo y entrevistas participativas a los Presidentes de las 27 Asociaciones ubicadas en el estado de Tabasco.
El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar los factores que explican el emprendimiento en pequeños microempresarios agropecuarios del Valle de Puebla, México. Los datos utilizados se generaron en 2011 mediante una entrevista estructurada, aplicada a una muestra estadística.
El objetivo de este estudio fue fundamentar la propuesta de un modelo de gestión tecnológica en la relación universidad-empresa estatal ganadera cubana. Para ello se diagnosticó el 82,4 % de la población de cinco departamentos en la Universidad de Pinar del Río y el 45,4 % de los directivos en la Empresa Pecuaria Genética Camilo Cienfuegos. This paper aims to analyze the innovative effort of the agri-food system (AFS) in the Valencian Autonomous Community (VC), Spain, estimating the intensity of innovation in each subsector of the AFS. The analysis distinguishes between the direct and indirect (or induced) innovation intensities incorporated by the acquisition of inputs from other subsectors produced in the VC or in the rest of Spain. The methodology employed is based on the inputoutput framework combined with data of technological innovation in enterprises.
Public administrations have in recent years developed programs of public funding for innovation to boost the competitiveness of business. The study of how companies have used these funding sources generates knowledge to improve the design of support for private innovation and to provide advice for innovative companies. This paper investigates these issues in the agri-food sector which is of particular interest as it is comprised mainly of small and medium enterprises with a wide regional presence and interaction with their local environment.
