La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo reconocer los tipos de tecnologías y cómo influyen en la productividad del maíz en el municipio de estudio. En la recopilación de información se aplicó una encuesta a una muestra representativa de productores en 2009. Para analizar la información se clasifico a los productores de acuerdo a los niveles de uso de tecnología utilizando el índice de apropiación de tecnologías modernas (IATM) y el grado de empleo de tecnologías campesinas (GETC)
Este artículo representa una síntesis de varios trabajos científicos que tratan los temas de la experimentación e innovación de los agricultores, y se realizó por medio de una búsqueda en bases de datos, libros y revistas científicas. Basado en esa información se pudo constatar que, durante la evolución agraria, la experimentación y la innovación de los agricultores han formado parte integral del desarrollo de los sistemas agrarios mundiales. La capacidad de ellos para responder y adaptarse a los cambios externos e internos forma la base para la evolución agraria
El objetivo de este estudio fue fundamentar la propuesta de un modelo de gestión tecnológica en la relación universidad-empresa estatal ganadera cubana. Para ello se diagnosticó el 82,4 % de la población de cinco departamentos en la Universidad de Pinar del Río y el 45,4 % de los directivos en la Empresa Pecuaria Genética Camilo Cienfuegos. El modelo que se propone se concibió como participativo, continuo y flexible, con enfoque sistémico y estratégico; presenta cuatro fases para su implementación.

This paper evaluated the implementation of an initiative for promoting risk-based approaches to improve food safety management in Vietnam. A Taskforce of Risk Assessment for Food Safety (Taskforce) was formed and consisted of researchers working on risk assessment and food safety, and representatives of the related ministries of Health and of Agriculture. We used the OECD Development Assistance Committee Evaluation Criteria as a framework for assessing the impact of the Taskforce with five evaluation areas – relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
