The agribusiness incubator in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India is the result of a partnership between the Indian government and an international crop-research organization that is a member of CGIAR, a global partnership of organizations seeking a food-secure future. As the incubator has developed, it has become relatively independent of its founders, the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) and the Indian government s Department of Science and Technology.
The international workshop on Agricultural Innovation Systems in Africa (AISA) was held in Nairobi, Kenya, on 29–31 May 2013. The organization of the Nutrition Innovation Labs represents a novel model for focusing U.S.- supported research on food and nutrition issues in developing countries. Rappelant les raisons qui ont contribué à négliger les mobilités et la pluriactivité dans de nombreux travaux de recherche sur les ruralités aux Suds, l’article propose un modèle d’analyse original, sous le nom de Systèmes Familiaux Multilocalisés, qui permettrait de mieux articuler l’analyse des flux, des liens, et des temporalités mobilitaires, dans les recherches sur les systèmes de pluriactivités développés selon des logiques familiales.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo abordar el tema y el debate sobre la noción de innovación social. Ofrece una revisión de la literatura reciente, los elementos más importantes del debate y se presenta lo que se considera como la clave para distinguir la innovación social de otros tipos de fenómenos sociales. Para esto se recurre a la acción colectiva como herramienta de análisis, y también se presenta un estudio de caso en que se aplicaron estás nociones.
Esta presentación muestra un ejemplo de fusión de productores, consumidores, agrónomos, nutricionistas y economistas que, juntos, han creado nuevos esquemas de mercadeo solidario y agro negocios alternativos para el desarrollo local.
Existe hoy una preocupación creciente acerca de cómo los sistemas de monitoreo y evaluación permiten generar nuevos conocimientos para la comprensión no sólo de los efectos e impactos de una intervención sino también sobre la manera en que suceden los cambios. Este trabajo presenta la metodología de sistematización de experiencias, entendida como una estrategia multiactoral para evaluar intervenciones de desarrollo con énfasis en los procesos y las lecciones aprendidas.
