El objetivo de este trabajo es Identificar los principales cambios en las fincas ganaderas de las familias que participaron en las escuelas de campo establecidas en la región trifinio.
El trabajo se organiza mostrando, primero, una visión de las posibilidades que el uso de las TIC ofrece a la agricultura y al desarrollo de los sectores rurales para centrarse, después, en las barreras y limitaciones que impiden la generalización del uso y adopción de esas tecnologías por los agricultores. En seguida, se hace un estado de situación sobre las políticas y estrategias digitales dirigidas al mundo rural y agropecuario, se describen las experiencias de los países y, finalmente, se plantean algunas sugerencias de políticas digitales para el sector

Ce guide est né d’une demande de paysans africains qui souhaitaient s’engager dans des pratiques agricoles plus respectueuses de leur environnement et plus durables. Il a été conçu comme un outil d’accompagnement destiné à tous les paysans et techniciens souhaitant développer l’agroécologie et l’agroforesterie en zone tropicale humide. Après un rapide rappel du contexte et des enjeux actuels de l’agroécologie, il fournit des informations techniques, issues de l’expérience de quatre « terrains » (République démocratique du Congo, Myanmar, Cambodge et Inde).
This work was presented by the Director General of Information Centre of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China about the chinese experience in enhance the access of the rural areas to the internet and e-commerce. The presentation is divided in three parts: 1) Development and changes in China's agriculture and rural areas; 2) China's main approach to promoting e-agriculture and e-village; 3) Experience in e-agriculture and e-village of China.
Agricultural communication to mitigate climate change enables information dissemination of both scientific knowledge (SCK) and indigenous knowledge (IDK) for practical farming. This research analyzed knowledge utilization and conducted community-based participatory communication to propose a practical agricultural communication framework for climate mitigation. Based on a qualitative method of data collection in Phichit province, the key findings showed that SCK and IDK can be mutually utilized to enhance the good relationship among the people and for the people with nature.
Uganda pioneered the use of budget support operations known as Poverty Reduction Support Credits (PRSCs) in the World Bank. PRSCs were designed to channel programmatic lending to support policy and institutional reforms in support of a country's Poverty Reduction Strategy, usually presented in the form of a Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP). In the case of Uganda the PRSCs were designed as a series of annual credits supporting a three year rolling program of reforms, based on Uganda's version of a PRSC, which is known as the Poverty Eradication Action Plan (PEAP) .

The “ONE WORLD – No Hunger” Initiative (SEWOH) by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is part of the G7 goal to free 500 million people from hunger and malnourishment by 2030. SEWOH intends to contribute significantly to reducing poverty and hunger in developing countries in general and Cameroon in particular. The Cameroonian project is part of the framework of the global project – “Green Innovation Centres for the Agriculture and Food Sector” (ProCISA).
