Ante la poca oferta de textos que, aplicando los conceptos de marketing al área de los Agronegocios, indiquen cómo detectar oportunidades de mercado, se presenta una propuesta sobre cómo ayudar al estudiante en estos aspectos. La enseñanza que se entrega a los estudiantes incluye los conceptos de mercado, en que se les propone y recomienda partir de las necesidades del consumidor, generar ideas y luego evaluarlas, lo que está muy bien, siempre que se conozcan dichas necesidades.

The innovations of this paper lie in the establishment of a multi-product supply chain model composing of a farmer cooperative and a supermarket in which the farmer cooperative supply multiple types of agricultural products to the supermarkets rather than single type of agricultural product. The study started by studying the optimal decision-making behavior of the members of the supply chain in non-coordinated modequantitatively. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo proponer un modelo de asociatividad en cadena productiva de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPYMES) agroindustriales de cítricos en el norte del estado de Veracruz, México, con el propósito de explicar en qué medida los actores directos, los servicios de apoyo, el entorno, las relaciones y las políticas de gobierno determinan la asociatividad en la cadena productiva. La problemática que origina esta investigación es el desconocimiento del funcionamiento de las MIPYMES agroindustriales de cítricos en esta zona del país.
